How often are new playbooks released?

New playbooks are released about every 2 weeks.

How long does it take to enroll?

It takes roughly a minute for Enroller to set up a brand new or powerwashed Chromebook.
Reconfiguring an Enroller simply takes a few seconds.

How many Enrollers should I buy?

5 Enrollers per person is a good rule of thumb for maximum efficiency. The first Enroller will be finishing up by the time you plug in the 5th for a consistent workflow.

Are playbooks vendor specific?

No. Playbooks will work with any manufacturer of Chromebook. They are tailored to each version of ChromeOS.

Which playbook should I use?

You'll want to press [Alt + V] on your chromebook to find out. Look at the top-right corner of the screen.

What does the warranty cover?

If your Enroller stops working through no fault of your own, we will fix or replace it at no cost to you, including shipping and handling.

Are my configuration settings safe while using the management app?

SSIDs, usernames, and passwords are saved locally on your machine and Enroller devices and nowehere else.

Do you collect any data?

We collect limited usage analytics while using the management app: license keys, management app version numbers, and playbook version numbers.
